trekkathon day 2009 part 2

around 9(i guess), we start our run. aS usual, girls start 1st, den follow up by boys.i start with a bit slow, my, wj, cy and ding faster. i want to chase them up but cant, coz i haven warm up my body.i was amazed by cy and wj coz they two have a super good starting. around few minutes later, i chase them up with a moderate pace...i did not wait them coz i felt very san fu if have to follow ppl. what goes into my mind is "run slowly, less movement". then middle journey, i fely i have a wrong way of run coz i did not speed, it waste too much energy, then i decide to speed up a bit but moderate pace.my strategy also include run fast down the slide, walk up to the slide.i face so much of difficlut when goin up, super tired, feel like dieing half way...luckily it was short.a drink was given half way, refresh me. around 30 min later, wen chuan were infront of me den mun mun den teck cheong... i was amazed by the daya tahan of mun mun...i was almost exhausted there....while finish the 1st 4km, my left shoe's base all worn, super shame again bt this time i very fast pull the thing off and throwaway. den continue run, not much problem...around last 5 min, teck cheong was in front of me again...den saw wengchiat, i heard 3km more, i was shocked but i did not bother.luckily a man told me that i still hav one min. only, mayb heard wrongly that he actually said 3 m gua...i juz hi softly to him den run away coz i dun wan to talk, seriously that waste a lot energy...

finally finish, yeah...given a coupun of drink and food and clear shampoo...i dun mind that i did not win any coz i not qualified with that...hehe.after a min,my also reach. rest den drink the purple greentea drink, erm...taste sweet wif strong blackcurrent flavour. food not nice,tasteless...after that, ding reach follow by the two...
